It is natural to have people who dislike you even in death. I have never heard about that person before. But the fact is, if that person is not involved in something against the government which is a criminal act, there is no reason why the government will go after you.

You are a kid, if you aren't then your thought process is same as a kid. You don't necessarily have to commit any criminal acts for government to term you a security risk, if you don't know this then you have a lot of growing up to do.
Once the government perceives you might be a problem for them either in the elections or in the future you can be targeted with zero recourse to you committing a crime
