Look at this Igbo man — he thinks Atiku would commit his resources, time, and energy to the formation of a political coalition, only to hand over its benefits to him! Obi should stop wasting his time with the ADC, as he won't be given the party ticket à la carte. He has to contest the party primaries to test his popularity. Why is he afraid of competing with others for the ticket?

That said, isn't it political naïveté of the highest order for anyone of Igbo extraction to believe that the North will work towards the emergence of an Igbo man as President of Nigeria? I find it quite absurd that the so-called Obidients believe people like El-Rufai and co. would form a coalition just to make Obi President of Nigeria!

I've said it here before, and I'm repeating it again — I’ll deactivate my NL account if the ADC ticket is given to Peter Obi!

Because he is not ready to pay dollars to anybody to elect him as Presidential candidate. FYI, Obi's over 6 Million votes is still intact and multiplying. Anywhere he goes, his voters follows him.

I don't think Atiku can or should be able to defeat Obi in Primaries if the People in the Party are right-thinking. It is Southern 8 Years turn for crying out loud. ADC should naturally unopposed give the Presidential Ticket to Peter Obi. We shall massively vote for Obi if they allow him, if they deny him the ticked posterity would Judge those among the North that have born-to-rule mentality.
I thank GOD ALMIGHTY that Ibrahim Kwankwaso he believes South should complete 8 Years, he has proven that he loves all Nigerians equally and he can never do such evil. My love for Kwankwaso is unlimited, I see him as my Uncle and I hope to meet him one day. After Peter Obi or Tinubu completes Southern 8 Years Presidency in 2031, I will vote for Kwankwaso Presidency, he is the best Northerner that we all can entrust Nigeria into his hands and have Peace of mind. He would definately Develop the Nation the more. May God grant him Long Life.

The repeat of 2019 ticket Atiku/Obi is their ultimate focus.

PO U R getting this all wrong.
First if Ur alliance with the coalition is to advocate for power to remain in south, then I think U shouldn't be involved with he coalition.
Go back to labour party and fight Ur course.
2023, our mission n vision as sane Nigerians was to send packing the monstrous party n its demonic people, all Ur thoughts was to become president.

PO u promise to do one term if given the ticket, what will U use the one term of 4yrs to do?
Fight corruption, fix the country or fight terrorism?
Cos I'm very sure fixing economy won't be achievable in 4yrs with the way APC, Buhari n Tinubu has dealt with it..

So trying to give a new party mandate and what to do when Nigerians R yearning for better n all inclusive government is trying to form an opposition within the coalition.

If U can't contribute a meaningful pathway on how to send out these monster from wrecking more havoc with our commonwealth, I think PO, U should exit the scene.

2023 Ur emergence as a third force gave Tinubu and APC the opportunity to rig themselves into power, Ur emergence as the LP candidate divided the votes of PDP bloc and made Tinubu win narrowly..
So from a concerned citizen, abeg park well.

Mr Obi this one you're asking for it on a platter, if I hear say Atiku gree make I no wetin cause am.
But on a serious note, If Atiku can just patiently wait, throw his weight behind either Amaechi or Obi and make sure they swore an oath to leave after one term, he may eventually see his dream of becoming president come true. Cus if as usual Atiku uses his money to win the primaries, Obi leaving to another party will divide their votes again and it will be landslide victory again for Tinubu.
And even if Obi and Amaechi stick around and support Atiku whole heartedly, Atiku will still not win cause the south will want Tinubu to remain and complete their tenure.
The only thing that will give the coalition a big chance of defeating Tinubu is if Atiku throw his weight behind a Southerner, only then will they have a big chance of winning.
My own take

Atiku should wait so that after 4 years you'd still come out to tell us how old he has become and that Obi or Amaechi should continue their 'good works' undecided

He runs to anywhere he thinks would be easier for him. He doesn't want to fight like every other person. Obi just want the position to be handed over to him.

It’s either this man is naive or sincerely pretending not to see the reality. Looking at the initiators and forerunners of this recent ADC movement, isn’t it obvious that the whole idea is for power to return to the north? Last last they will say democracy should prevail by letting all aspirants go through primaries. By that, Atiku would win again.

Obi should just go and look another platform to run.
