You will begin to hear different songs and messages being released in every part of the north if Obi happens to get the presidential ticket. It happened during last election but on a low-key. That's why Obi couldn't get anything in the core north. This sentiment isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Not all northerners are stupid. This format don dey cast. I saw the reaction of HAUSA northerners on Facebook after the Sheikh sermon. They were saying enough of this pandering to the Fulani. They said that the killing, kidnapping and rape perpetrated by the Fulani on the Hausas is worse than the killing of the Sardauna.

There are always haters who will never agree no matter what you do. In the case of this man and others like him, they are a very small minority. Plateau has many tribes and more than 1 religion.

For Tinubu and his supporters though, there are more haters than lovers. First they backstabbed Buhari after he handed over, then they alienated their partners, trying to take over everything despite Buhari sharing large chunks with them. They have realized that partnership with Tinubu’s clique never works, it ends up in betrayal and backstabbing

Quit capping nonsense! If you’re referring to Ndigbo, mention some of the ‘worse’ we said against Buhari! In any case, we can see why Ndigbo would not support having a mass murderer, coup plotter, military despot, Igbo hating bigot, and an aged and incapable person to become Nigerias’ president! Care to tell us what grievances that Islamic cleric and his ilk have against Peter Obi….that is apart from the fact he’s Igbo!?

I honestly think the North will be more comfortable with Oga Rochas Okocha as an Igbo President than Oga Saint Obi.
