Which amongst these soup is the sweetest when it gets old.

Is it Ogbono, Okro, Uha, Efo riro, Ofe Owerri, Banga e.t.c?

You didn't throw in Stew and Ewedu soup,that one never gets old .It remains the same until it finishes.


Amongst the ones you mentioned, maybe Ogbono.it has a sort of longevity and gets more delicious as time goes by.

Ogbono and then there's something about Oha too.. Can't say for the last two

good Oha too is sweet when getting old.

Egusi soup as u can easily convert the soup to stew for white rice

Banga soup out paces them all. Bad characters needed

Infact I prefer old ogbolo to new.

Banga soup too...but not too old. It becomes too thick.

But ogbolo the older the better. It's like fine wine

Especially when the under is a bit burnt and sticks to the pot!

That I find okro the sweetest doesn't automatically make okro soup sweeter than ogbono..

ogbono is the goat here you can add both okro and vegetable, jus dat e dey spoil jazz for person

To me it is okro and ogboni soup. The two becines madder when combine together when getting old.

Stealth or old soups 🍲 are supposed to get sweeter because, of decreasing water 💧 content in the soups as a result of steaming/vaporisation which in turn, increases the concentration of sodium glutamate and NaCl over time.
That's what brought about the increase in taste 👌.

Okra is only good when it's fresh

From my experience of the 3,id say Okro. Edo gets stake easily especially if there is iru (locust beans) in it

Banga beats them all. Nothing compares to it. Also you can update your ogbono with okro to renew the soup after a while

Afannga soup all the way.

Just be adding palm oil to warm it.

Abeg remove Okra from the list, that soup doesn't last more than a day if you didn't put it in freezer....I don't enjoy okra soup if it isn't freshly made.

If there is melon inside the vegetable, that can quickly spoil. May be Ogbona. Okra always loose taste the second day

In fact, I prefer old ogbono to new ones.

Bitter leaf soup is simply the best when getting old or when someone is old.
