Those cravings are neither cultural nor tribal. They're are just manipulations by women, especially when the man indulges them.

It's not natural .They just believe it's their time to stress the man and they innately justify it that you're not feeling the weight of carrying the pregnancy

women who are in their family house, busy or whose husbands are not always available due to work do not have cravings.
