Yoruba culture is being eroded and replaced with foreign culture. I wonder what Oluwo is saying. If you don't want cutting anymore then remove it from the culture instead of replacing your entire culture with imported religion. At this rate soon, all that would be left of yoruba culture is the food and language. Imported religion will replace the rest. |

So Yoruba culture and customs is what the Oluwo is referring to as bondage and oppression.? Yoruba have lost it. Upholding a foreign culture(Christianity, Islam) above your traditions is the real definition of bondage and oppression. |

We are tired of the dirty culture. the good culture among it will be preserved but the dirty one has to go. we can't be butchering our late king anymore in this centuries that barbaric. Even manny of u know it's a crazy culture those things they call rituals |
