Due to the obvious fact that Asiwaju created the enabling environment with the free trade zones and the deep seaport 20 years ago when other Governors were busy shouting power, power without any tangible achievements, whoever is in power doesn't matter to Dangote because he will surely honor the man who made the refinery possible in the first place.
