So, there is a type/brand of green tea that could do this to OP and not the natural green tea many of us are probably used to? undecided
There are a lot; it's just to locate the one that suits your system. Not all of them are that efficient.

Caffeine? That onyibo word.
That means I learnt the hard way about caffeine.

I've rushed to discard it before it makes me make another extra mistake that might be more expensive.

It's not wearing off. I need something to recover fast
Stop drinking it. Drink plenty of water and it will wear off with time.

Just drinking it and being taking plenty of water to flush your system

So I use to pluck moringa leaf from a tree close to a house I was staying to make tea.

Things were going smoothly and I loved it because it makes me relax without getting addicted.

There are several ways I could relax, but most of them especially things to take have a very dangerous side effect: ADDICTION.

this is why I opted for moringa as the tea makes me feel well and grounded and helps me concentrate.

Things changed when I moved. I couldn't get any moringa tree around to pluck the leafs, and I just tried to forget about it.

My mind was off it totally when one day I mistakenly stumbled upon a thread on nairaland talking about the benefits of moringa, something I already knew. I was mistakenly going through the comments when someone said you can easily get it online or supermarket.

Supermarket? I mistakenly thought of it and decided to give it a try. It won't be fresh, but let me try it.

I mistakenly went to the supermarket and mistakenly asked for moringa. I was shown the section for tea and beverages and I mistakenly went there to look for it.

I didn't see moringa and I mistakenly looked well until I saw a packet written moringa.

I mistakenly picked it up, and saw that it was actually green tea and moringa. Instead of me to drop it, I mistakenly took it, thinking that the moringa covers for the green tea.

I haven't taken green tea, but I've heard of it. I mistakenly didn't consider the side effects, and I mistakenly bought the green tea disguised as moringa.

This was where my woes started.
I mistakenly made the green tea moringa tea, and mistakenly drank it.

The taste was somehow, but not too bad. I felt alert and sharp, my memory clear and awesome.

I could remember things very clearly and my focus was sharp.

But I didn't know that I mistakenly started something that would have effect on me.

I wasn't looking forward to slimming down, I only wanted moringa tea to help me focus.

At first I felt clarity of mind and highly alert, but that was it. Any little thing, I quickly noticed and responded. Seems like I could hear ants walking, little details and sounds were very clear to me.

This was bad for me. The noise from moving cars, loud music, generator noise and noisy people around made it counter effective.

This wasn't the kind of clarity I wanted.

Actually want I needed was focus not total clarity. For me to be kinda numb to the world around and highly focused on things around me, the particular thing I'm attending to at the moment.

But I mistakenly took green moringa tea and it made me really light. My head was lighter than our current transparent black nylon.

Any little noise triggers me. I became restless and irritable.

Night sleep? Gone

Focus? Gone

Steeze? Reduced drastically.

Instead of me to stop at first try, I mistakenly took the green moringa tea again, and again, until...

It now seems like all my flesh are gone and like they use spoon to scrape what's remaining, just like how I usually scrap off burnt rice from the bottom of delicious jollof rice back then.

What do I do? I don't want to mistakenly continue, I want my focus back.

My steeze restored.

My peaceful night sleep restored.

How do I counter this effect fast the natural way without substance that causes addiction?
What tea is Moringa green tea?

From the reaction you mistakenly noted in your article, I observed that there is a little weed in the Green tea/moringa flavour you drank

You got it right. It was the caffeine.
Caffeine doesn't do that. Psychosis and weight loss? Naaa! There is something else they put in that tea.

You used green tea to resolve caffeine intolerance issues you were having, while OP declares that green tea is responsible for problems he is dealing with? Anyways, I agree that something in what he has been drinking may go beyond just the green tea that many of us are OK with. undecided
Exactly! There is definitely something in that green tea.

Hilarious post mistakenly posted in a way that even after taking the tea the first time, you kept mistakenly taking it until now you are addicted, emaciated, light, and lack concentration. I remember when some few years back, all of a sudden my BP started reading between 140 and above 150. I was scared; I didn't want to take the drugs so i was told a certain green tea that normalizes BP could do the job. Omo i went and bought a pack, downed it and bought the second and was halfway through it when I started noticing my shoulder bones appearing. though the BP normalised but omo i feared and ran. I changed to another type of green tea that gives me the needed sharpness and good feeling without distorting my system in any way.Even at that i dont take it regularly, but once a week now. Am cool man!
Please which green tea brand is that for normalizing BP? I need it.

Continue drinking your green tea if you want to stay alive. After all, the world is going green, eg. green energy.
If you stop, you"ll not see the tree top, where it's mostly green.
Enjoy!

There's nothing like green tea for normalizing BP. For most people there are two active substances in green tea that they benefit from. L-Theanine and Caffeine. Caffeine is an acute stimulant that could temporarily raise heart rate in uninitiated people (200mg might initially make you jittery but with time you might even sleep after that), L- Theanine is a relaxant that smoothen the jittery effect of caffeine, amongst others. So what is being misunderstood is the stress relief and relaxing effect of the theanine. Any green tea with more L-Theanine and less caffeine than you're normally exposed to should work. But there is a bigger problem you should explore and it's why you are not using tried and tested with extensive literature regulated pharmaceuticals to 'normalize' your bp.

Thanks for the input. I thought of the tea as an option cos if it actually works; then it's a more enjoyable way of getting the BP normalized. I know it may sound naive but it's something anyone would pick as an option. I love tea and if I can get the added benefit of lowering BP while drinking what I love...#WIN! My BP is being taken care of pharmaceutically.

Okay, if you are buying green tea please ensure its Matcha, it's the concentrated and less counterfeited form. You can also buy L -Theanine as a stand alone supplement from any of the major pharmacies.
If you're male ..I hope it's a -sartan drug .. due to their cardio and prostate protective nature. If nothing kills you as a man, your prostate will.
