Organisers of reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, has announced plans to premiere its 10th season.

At a press briefing held on Wednesday, the show organisers disclosed that the season 10 winner will receive a record-breaking N150 million, surpassing all previous prizes since the show’s debut in 2006.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a favourite among fans, will return as the host of the show.

Addressing the press, Obi-Uchendu highlighted the show’s notable achievements, including 197 housemates across nine seasons, 709 days of airtime, and N637 million in prizes.

Season 9 “No Loose Guard,” edition introduced a unique twist requiring contestants to audition in pairs, entering the house as duos and later competing as individuals after being unpaired.

Kellyrae ultimately took home the 100 million cash prize, creating history as the show’s first married winner.

My annoyance with shows like this is their price awards, there's always very high amount of cash placed on shows like this that promote nudity and some wired ways of living why EDUCATION which is supposed to be the bed rock of a NATION isn't taking care of, One will graduate as the best graduating student from a university and get ₦30,000 as price award, that's four (4), Five (5) or Six (6) good years of studying as the case maybe grinding day and night coming out on top of yet you want others to be motivated huh

How lately I saw someone advertising a job for camera 📸 men to pay ₦500,000 as salaries and yet didn't pick any just to mock certificate, let's keep looking down on education in this country, if we continue this will be our glory days oooo as things will get worst.

Nigeria is just a consumption country, they don't support innovation at all, have an idea 💡 and see them kill the idea or kill the person carrying the idea we need a change or orientation or else we would have left our better days behind instead of going forward to meet it.

I love this country and wish for it to work and Nigeria must work but we must first get it right as a people. God bless Nigeria.
