'Money is a good servant but a bad master'

How many Nigerian graduates are problem solvers/value creators to escape poverty??

That's the reason for the unfair mockery.

In life, if your pride is greater than your ability or usefulness, you're already shooting yourself in the foot.
You must be very intelligent and street smart.

Concise and pointful.

The government has made a mess of it's citizens by reducing us to mere unresponsive entities...
Also pellet messed up by making a mockery of graduates. In the end an educated person will still Lord over him, take it or leave it.

However for the sake of survival I'd advise any capable hand to apply if you can sha swallow your pride.

You may be working for him today, but tomorrow you may boss over people like him.

Read Robert Kiyosaki's Books:

1. Rich Dad. Poor Dad
2. Why 'A' Students work for 'C' Students

Schooling is different from Education.
The school programme is not designed to make anyone rich! It is designed to perpetually generate workers for the system of monkey dey work baboon dey chop by the Elite and HOW THE MONKEYS LOVE IT and DEFEND IT. It is SLAVERY by CHOICE.

The invisible slavery was envisaged by John D. Rockefeller in his infamous quote, "Give me a nation of WORKERS and not a nation of THINKERS!

The government is the problem not Mr Peller. The earlier graduates understand there's no job waiting for you, the better. I found myself after 10yrs of waiting for federal jobs. Dreams are intentionally killed in this country. I'm 35yrs now to the glory of God. I just found my path in life, use your head if you are seeing this 🙌

but i can tell you for a fact that many uneducated people are lord over educated people

and the reason is simple..many uneducated people take lot of risk to be successful

You see this people who called themselves educated, they are full of jealousy. i remember when they always call their mechanic class mate uneducated..now that road side mechanic is doing better than them, they become very envious.

when the boy was hustling on titok, where were you guys?

some of you were saying he was wasting his time

the boy is successful now, they are hating on him

if you had work hard and take use of opportunity like he did, no one will have been angry over his stunt.

the truth is can civil servants afford the cars without stealing or embezzlement from government? See the minimum wage, most will work for 35yrs and no good apartments or cars to show for it. Some died while their pension are being delayed

It more of a Mockery of the Nigeria Educational system. The colonial Master's introduce this system of education so that the indigenes will know how to speak English and be able to read the Bible. It wasn't practical based education but theory.

Any country that want to be productive most adopt a practical base education just like China.

Our professors supposed to be our scientist/inventors and not ceremonial

Upon all the professors we have in Nigeria we cannot produce anything. They only speak English

It is a call to restructure the education system and make it practical base education
nonsense

u mean u are producing nothing right?

Your Robert Kiyosaki is a known ponzi schemer who plagiarised his famous book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and is now $1.2 billion in debt.

See, forget, Nigerians are only rich on social Media but suffering in real life.

Before you will earn 500k on any job, aside from the very few lucrative ones, you will have between 8-10 years of experience with a Masters' degree.

A university lecturer don't even earn up to that amount in a month.

Also, lots of Masters student in Nigeria go for Masters because they don't have a job. If not that Peller was condescending, 500k is a very good salary.

The mockery is that you are a graduate waiting to be employed by someone who isn’t a graduate for a job that demeans your level of education.

The mockery is that we are producing glorified exam crammers. People programmed to regurgitate facts in examinations, not people programmed to think and engage their brains. you should be employing pellar not him employing you but your education has dulled your brains while he was fortunate not to have gone through the 4 walls of the brain dulling system called western education in a Nigerian university. I said it somewhere while discussing income taxes, most mechanics, market women, taxi drivers, electricians etc, make more than professors! in my day a professor made 10x these people...yet you think these latter day professors are adequately qualified or motivated to give you a good education? that you cant work that out itself shows you werent educated to think.

This is adequately reflected if you examine comments on Nairaland by supposedly educated people many of whom are graduates!

Some will blame the govevrnment. I don’t totally. If the government tries to raise school fees to raise the quality of education in these universities, they are the same people that will protest. You get the quality of education you pay for. If your professor is only earning N300k a month, you aren’t getting good education because no professor worth his salt will sell his services for N300k a month.

There is no free lunch, you want fuel subsidy? Ok no problem.... you burn all the subsidized petrol on bad roads that take 5hrs for a journey of 1hr and damage your car. You don’t want to pay requisite school fees, ok no problem.....you end up with a degree that only qualifies you for a cameraman job for someone who didn’t go to school.

Life is about choices! The man who struggles to send his child to a quality fee paying university is not a full!
Omo kip kwayet abegi. You think the largest creators of employment are mostly scholars? Omo. What do you know of the world you live in? You dey here dey blow empty grammar. Wtf! A young man is trying to give employment to a worthy person, you wey never employ ant before for your life carry long post full NL dey preach wetin you no get clue on.

He didn’t employ them did he, he used their brains for his own skit…..says a lot about the brains of graduates of our universities. Made money of you by subjecting you to ridicule and cashing out with views yet he still didn’t employ you.

Again your post shows what is wrong with our education system. Garbage in garbage out!

It is a testament to what even non-graduates feel about low quality products of Nigerian universities that a boy who didn’t go to university stated a masters degree (not bachelor’s masters) as a requirement for a cameraman position and yet you all turned up. It means he has had enough encounters with the typical Nigerian university degree holder and believes they are unintelligent and needs to screen them with an additional masters degree requirement, again all for a camera man position. A position that has nothing to do with whatever you read in University.

You have a point o... But dig deep, you'll find out that the uneducated ones have educated people around them... Controlling them... Teleguiding them... And spoon-feeding them what to do.

My take though.
