Neymar was like Osimhen and dem pay high fees for am. But after in PSG, e no perform. but Saudi still pay high amount for am.

So any Brazilian wey play like Osimhen will stay command very high fee. So the lesson be say, dem no value Nigerians.
Osimhen can go tough league and prove himself again, then the fee go go up.

but at 26 years how many years him get?

Moving from a Serie A title winning Napoli to Gala in Turkey is a big downgrade and a shame to the immense skills God has blessed him with.[/quote]This is the main issue for me. I have been telling people that Osimhen should go to any of the big four European leagues and sign for one of the big clubs. Going to Gala will mean the beginning of the end of his career.

Osimen can still go to Gala who will likely be in the UCL,build and increase his value and in a year, big clubs will come for him!

I don't really see Galatasaray as a downgrade but a stepping stone to greatness for Oshimen if he can stay humble and keep improving!
Napoli to Galasataray was a downgrade but he took it because he was desperate, after failing to make the Chelsea cut.
I am not sure that Napoli was not even trying to help him downgrade, for trying to leave them otherwise those amounts they put on him should have been reduced.
The right move should have been from Italian League (Napoli), to Spanish of Premier League (even if it meant a cut in Salary or signing outside the big Four). The idea is to show his skills (which he has plenty), on the Big Stage.

And Yes, Character is very important.
Most Nigerian Players grew-up on the "Rough side of Life" and it reflects in their aggressive Character but it is what it is.
It is left for the Player himself, to 'Calm Down and Retrain his Manners'.
Attacking Coaches here and there, just because you are Star Player, is not the best. Foreign Coaches put a lot of emphasis on the Character of their players, they dont want someone that will come and make the dressing Room toxic for them.
Let it be a lesson for the Upcoming, Younger players,

Lol... One came close to winning the Ballon D'Or and is a top player for the biggest club in the world of football.

There is really no basis for comparison nor the need for this thread.

If Osimhen were playing peak football in Madrid, PSG or Barcelona, he would be worth twice more than Vinicious...!

Let's leave this mentality of Nigerians are not valued in sports or other industries... It's lame and silly.

Club status goes a very long way in every player's profile and career...!

That's why young players dream of making the move to top clubs like Barcelona, Madrid, Liverpool, etc.

e no impress me either. Osimhen is better. but the team matters. If Osimhen can enter real madrid or PSG, him value can go higher after but it's tough. he's 26 years old.

Jayhome24:
I have watched this ueye Vinicius or pinpincius o can't even see anything in I'm that impressed me, seriously instead for me to pay €100k per year for him if I'm a coach will rather go and pay Kanu, Yaya Toure, Ronaldhino, Owen, Garrret that amount than paying pinpincius or Titicious crap.

For Osimeh I told him to come home but hin dey speak grammar this thing na village people dey yarn apete come home ad do the right thing hin no dey hear, I swear who be Tintincius or whatever where Osimeh dey?

Napoli to Galasataray was a downgrade but he took it because he was desperate, after failing to make the Chelsea cut.

i can't blame him for trying to leave napoli after dem became toxic to him and blame him for everything.
he is 26 year old. he either should move to EPL and stay 3 to 4 years and move to Saudi. he has to prove himself in EPL.

1. He plays for Real Madrid

1. Why do you think fifa has club rankings and country rankings? Nigeria has never reached fifa semi final. 2. One is a superstar for likely the biggest footballing country and biggest footballing club. Which player will generate more revenue? Do nigerians buy most tickets and jerseys? Individual achievements is just one out of several factors that determines market value. A player likely to play in champions league final and world cup finals almost every year will attract more suitors for business. It's not racism

this has nothing to do with nigerians buying jerseys or tickets.

The 200 million or 50 million price tags are not gifts but investments the clubs make on the players. Hence it's called market value. Players like neymar Ronaldinho and so many other legends will come live to watch vinicius and support him along with their fans. Not excluding madrid legends. Vini needs no introduction to those crowd. When jounalist interview them they will always talk about vini as a trending topic on all top newsplatforms. So big companies already know who to partner with. Those are the people that generate back the money the clubs paid that's why I compared the revenue inflow to that the nigerian fans will bring. Osimhen can command a higher value if he tries to play at top big teamand deliver. Also the national (team) bad performance despite individual accolades also has a contribution to his low rating.

Osimeh should remain grateful for life, regardless of whatever he's earning. He should never compare himself with anyone, neither should anyone compare him with others. Vinicius attended a football academy and it's not cheap in Brazil. It gulps a lot of money to go to a football academy

The inky football academy osimeh attended was the olusosun football field at ojota.

Daejumong:
Is Vinicius Jr, five times better and more valuable than Victor Osimhen ? Why the huge difference in offered salaries from Saudi Arabia?

Osimhen~€40m/yr which equals €200m in 5yrs
Vinicius Jnr ~€200m/yr -€1B in 5yrs

Moral of the Story
- Vinicius is a Brazilian super star who plays for the biggest club in the world, Real Madrid. He won FIFA best in 2024 and was allegedly robbed of a deserving 2024 Ballon d’or after helping his club win the champions league that year. He is known worldwide and his brand and CV is what is commanding the huge salary from Saudi.

- Every business wants to make profit. Saudi clubs are no exception. If Vinicius is in a team and Osimhen is in another, were would the crowd gravitate? Which player would give them more global appeal? Which player would sell shirts more?

- Finally, Osimhen has the ability to build his brand up to Vinicius’ level if he has a very solid management team. He has the talents to mix it with the big boys but he needs to be playing in the biggest clubs in the world even if it means reducing his wages significantly in the interim. Moving from a Serie A title winning Napoli to Gala in Turkey is a big downgrade and a shame to the immense skills God has blessed him with. He needs to be on the world stage week in week out building his CV and eventually cashing out big time in Saudi in the twilight of his career!
It not about Nigeria it about Africa at large

you no see people welcome Osimhen when he land for turkeyhuh

so if Osimhen be brazilian, you think dem no go pay am like Vinicius? Vinicius game wey dey boring grin grin
Osimhen is a clinical finisher. Vinicius is also. but Super eagles never win world cup like Brazil so that is also a factor.

Go back and read my comments you replied!
Let me quote....'Galatasaray is not really a downgrade but a stepping stone...!'
No sir... Oshimen took the deal because Gala were the only serious club interested in him as other top clubs were scared of the price tag on Oshimen!
Even Chelsea wanted him but we're put off by
Napoli's huge prize tag which was above 100m...it's was recently they lowered the price!

He cannot take himself to the Spanish or premier league if clubs from those leagues are put off by his price tag or not considering him!
Going to Gala might seem like a downgrade to you but he still has the opportunity to showcase and improve on his market value in the UCL with gala!

Black sef get spectrum o. Brazilian black different to ikorodu black o. In the Hotel Rwanda movie, Don Cheadle made a statement that rings till today when they were leaving the black Rwandas and not saving them. He said "You are not even a Nigga, you are an African".

He has proven himself on the big stages, he plays for most successful club in world football. Abeg oshimen na our own make we talk reality.
