You can recharge by buying from your bank app. When your line is recharged you will not get "barred from making calls" message.

Please who can help me activate my 9 mobile line they said my line is banned from making call so I should register it

9mobile customer service said they can't see anything wrong with my line. Meanwhile I can't make or receive calls, can't even recharge airtime. The line just shows full bar, nothing else
