All you listed above are not crimes and nobody is holding him on that and that's why others who have said similar things like Danjuma are also being ignored. What Kanu is being ask to account for is his broadcast telling IPOB members to KILL any police man and burn all police stations. And those guys obeyed him and many police men were slaughtered. Till today, they are still killing police men. He instructed them to kill Tinubu, his family and burn all his businesses in Lagos. Because Tinubu has security, they couldn't get to him and family but his business were razed down by arsonists. Lagos burned on his order. He instructed to kill some yoruba pastors and labelled igbos attending their churches efulefu who deserved to die. He openly called for the destruction of Nigeria state not just people to defend themselves. These video clips are in the public spaces, let him deny them first.
Stop pretending as if these atrocities means nothing. Let him answer for his crime in a competent court and if the court find him innocent, he will be free.
But to say he has no case is to premeditate the outcome of a case in court. The judge has the final say.

The broadcasts made by kanu is a heavy evidence against him.
