Write to the embassy, explain your situation to them and ask for a rescheduled date. They are likely going to schedule a new date for you.

My situation was similar, earlier this year (January 2025) I received my email for the scheduled appointment date, I had to explain to them my situation that I have not gotten admission yet and that I have waited since January 2023. They rescheduled my date from February 2025 to September 2025. Now I have been admitted and waiting to go for my appointment on the new date.

My brother also got admitted for the same program. This is at Hochschule Trier right? When is your interview and could you please let me know how it went. Regarding the test, I heard yes, but unsure if everyone is requested to write one. Unsure of any current changes.

Yes, but you have to go with your primary school certificate. So it's either BECE or primary school certificate

Apply to OTH Amberg Weiden they are currently open and they give admission within a week, the only problem is that you need to do VPD from Uniassist and it takes about 2 weeks. You can check them on google to see if they have the course you want.

1. I have an admission to a private university, on the list of documents needed to be submitted for interview and also to be uploaded online, there is a part that says "Proof of payment of tuition fee for the first year" so this means i have to pay my full school fees for the first year? i have my blocked account already and made 20per deposit of my 12k Euro fees. Can i get a sponsor here to write a letter for sponsorship for the remaining school fees? also can i sponsor myself via my company i own if i want?

2. My resumption will be May 2026 (i deferred my resumption from October 2025) because i know i will not make it. Will this cause the embassy to hold or delay my passport till next year and visa if i go for my interview this year ahead of 2026 May? been that resumption is May 2026? i feel its better i start early because of how long this process takes.

Yes, it is free but some scholarship covers living expenses, health insurance, semester fee, accommodation and other expenses.
