harjay1986:i wouldn't, I am not skilled in care work. I am skilled in web 3 community management. That's my skill, I won't leave it to come and start making liquid soap except if I want a side hustle. Stop supporting evil and wickedness. They told us that education is the key, go to school we did now we've gone and graduated they are saying we should go and learn entrepreneurship skills to survive. Is it not broad daylight robbery? If I take all the funds I spent in school and opened up a hair salon in Lagos by now I will be running in millions. |

Blitzking:Generalizing and assuming are the last thing a so called graduate should do but unfortunately that is what you so called 'educated' folks are doing here What if he is secretly going to school without the media knowing What if he is investing in real estate, agriculture and other long term investments that will guarantee steady income in future This are the questions you need to ask before condemning his future |

Do u really blame him? If the government had not thrown education to the gutters , who is this kid. Why need a master degree holder to help u hold cameras if not just to drive a point and make people regret their lives? What ever u think made u rich, there are millions of dudes out there more hardworking, intelligent and more dedicated doing same thing that have not made it. |

| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by Chibuezem(m): 6:24pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
harjay1986:why lie in the first place? Most billionaires you see either come from rich backgrounds, evade taxes, manipulates markets, uses cheap labour etc. Nigerian government is the worse at least the whites would want you to have access to social amenities and live an average life but here nooooo you must live in poverty and beg for food. Imagine a governor builds roads and we start jubilating, dancing and clapping for him.... Omo this country nawaoh |
| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by harjay1986: 6:35pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
Chibuezem:Yes some i will say come from rich background but many also come from nothing but with their skill they scale through , example Arnold swachneger abi watin be him name , Operah Winfray, Mark Zuckerberg and many more even the rich kids don't always make it to the arena yes they are rich no doubt ... it not Nigeria it what work, yes Education is good no doubt but you need to do more .... ask yourself this question why is that Fireman in UK is honor above any profession in the UK |

| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by gerizzim: 6:41pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
harjay1986:but if am to respond base on your opinion, I tink you are probably rubbishing education. You have nt watched the clips of the interview he did wit these msc dt applied. If you did then you will see clear dt the guys just wants to trend. He was using other people's misfortunes of job search to catch cruise. Do you know dt the whole world saw dt insulting drama online . Let me ask you, how will you feel if you were the one on live recording in front of a dt guy embarrassing and belittle you and same time streaming it online? very rude and unprofessional way of talking to them. casually teasing and making mockery of these ladies and guys dt turned up. Telling one of the ladies to come and hug him. imagine! dt guy because he is fortunate. Please, go to YouTube ,search for the clips and see for yourself. |

| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by gerizzim: 6:54pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
harjay1986:youngman, education is not only to go to a regular school, graduate and get certificate. You said education Neva produce billionaire skill will do dat. I know you know this but you just want to argue needlessly, the root of Wateva skill anybody will have is education. If na carpenter wc is a skill, you need to be taught how to be good at carpentry, dt is education. The gal next door dt sells akara and bread was taught by smbdy, dt is education. Even the so called peller, he is educated in his way of making money. wateva trade, biz , handwork or skill you cn tink of is rooted in education weda formal or informal. |
| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by harjay1986: 7:00pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
gerizzim:This is one of the thing that make me not to argue with anyone in Nigeria because we are too emotional ... there is a story of a kid on YouTube that employ his parent and paid them monthly, he's just 10 years old but get paid thousand of dollars per day .... as Nigerian we dwell too much on emotion and that what ruin us as person .... nobody force anyone into schooling, Education is different from schooling .... A tailor, road Side Mechanics, Trailer Driver , Actor and many more actually go through a formal Education not schooling ... many people that go through Education have tendency to solve problem and in return it will pay them ... schooling on the other end make you dependant but if you have the two you will have a sharp edge ..... To you he's embarrassing those people but those people know before going there that he's not a graduate like them abi ... I will say the Guy have Education which mean skill that he can profit from but the position the school guy are waiting for many people can actually do it |
| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by harjay1986: 7:07pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
gerizzim:You are getting me wrong try to read what prompt me saying that ... the guy was comparing Education to schooling yes the two are the same but are distinct into there own way ... if a person can have the two it will be super but if anyone want to choose one Education will be the best. Many people only think those who go to formal school are the one who get Educated but they fail to know that, that's just schooling |
| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by gerizzim: 7:39pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
harjay1986:oga, you are the one calling it your own name. Kasali in a motor mechanic wokshop learning how to repair vehicle is in his own school. James in University of Lagos reading law is in his own school. Both are been taught by a teacher. That is education. I nor know which one you dey call schooling and education. |
| Re: Peller And The ₦500k Cameraman Job: A Mockery Of Nigerian Graduates? by gerizzim: 7:47pm On Jul 19, 2025 |
harjay1986:there is no emotion in here . did you see the 10yrs old boy humiliate his parents before giving them the job? There is notin wrong for an ssce holder to employ a graduate. anybody cn call for interview and employ sm1 but you don't insult dem before you accept them. |
