The best thing for the man is to go back to pdp. ADC has used him to form their party which is afriate to APC and they have dumped him after getting their needed crowd, and labour party is divided into two groups one is for APC, therefore, let him rejoin pdp. As to why he has resigned from LP it's simple Anambra state gubernatorial election is coming soon as such he ought to remain in the party until at least after the election.

The membership of a political party is exclusive to that Party.

Only ADC can determine her members. If Obi peradventure is a member of LP, and contests then wins the APC ticket, only persons who participated in the Primary can challenge him in Court and even at that, he is still technically safe.

The moment he is cleared to contest, he is good to go.
