Obi will step on toes if he becomes the president. He will try to drastically cut cost of governance. He will be direct opposite of Tinubu who loves power, extravagance and flamboyance.
Obi will make so much enemies and that will hit him so hard.

I think Tinubu will have an easy ride. There’s no strong contender to shake him but by the time he finishes his 8 years, the rest of the country will be swimming in poverty and misery. Exception will be his beloved south west.

Sensational headline and irresponsible journalism. It is a no-brainer that Obi will eventually resign if he intends to contest under the ADC. Despite Atiku resigning from the PDP, he has not officially joined the ADC. He would do so if he intends to contest the party primaries. People mistake this coalition for the merger that birthed the APC. The arrangement is slightly different.

ADC is a Northern agenda they want to use to snatch power from the South.

Atiku think he can use Peter Obi to become president by Proxy, but it's unrealistic.
