It means I should distribute development evenly and even to those who didn’t vote for me. Developments such as schools, roads, great and the masses’ welfare driven-policies and infrastructure must be distributed equally and evenly without discrimination.

Taking care of you as the President of everyone of you doesn’t mean I must start appointing my perceived enemies into key positions (the ones on which my success as a president heavily depend upon)
