Coz a reasonable person who reads and understand will not side her on this decision to resume from a suspension that was due to her refusal to move to her reassigned seat.

Secondly, the judiciary cannot decide for the Legislative arms of government. They will only make decisions for.

Same way Legislative can not decide for Executive arms of government but make suggestions for.

This isn't about being a man... personally I detest rapist and sexual assault but not when it's a false accusation. Countless times I've proposed death sentence for all certified rapist with valid evidence. So I hope u now understand my perspective!
