Yes they say they are honoring, but they pray to Mary.

In the Greed, they say to Mary, "to you do we cry poor banished children of eve and then they ask for her advocation", But that is what Jesus and the Holy Spirit do, so its like replacing Jesus with mary, therefore its worshipping mary. Its not obvious but after observation its true because they will sing to mary, kneel before mary and cry to Mary.

If you are an observing what will you notice, after they sing to mary, kneel to statures of mary, and pray to her, like she will hear everyone and advocate for them. Does it mean it is more powerful than going directly to God, or is it because JEsus is so far, or because its a form of honoring.

Ask yourself why will they go to mary many times instead of Jesus, when God made himself like us and we can go directly to Jesus anytime.
The conclusion is yours to make.

They don't really need to change place of service. Serving God is more of personal relationship and one can serve God anywhere one finds himself or herself.

The difference is, Orthodox Churches preaches more salvation than prosperity while Pentecostal is more of prosperity and most people don't longer care about salvation but prosperity.

Those pentecostals are wrong for regarding their pastors as demi god or lord, when they bow to them and take their words as the final word of God. That is one reason i do not like pentacostal in Nigeria, but other love it, its their cup of tea, tommorow they will begin protesting grin

Does not make it right because we all have access to God directly. Where in the bible did it say we should ask mary to pray for us. Show me one place. There is no hint that we need to pray to the saints or Mary in the bible. So its just traditions that were added and philosophy. That As a mother that brought God into the world that we need to pray to her. I honor her but not by praying to Her, crying to her, as if she was the advocate and the Lamb of God who saves.

Personally, I love how they sing to Mary and all that, but i know its not how it should be done.

She is honoured when we talk about her story. As a human who accepted the will of God. She declared in her song, that she need God her Savoir, who is Jesus Christ.

I don't know about the protestant churches like the Anglican n Methodist etc....As for the Catholic Church I dare say that more ppl are coming in than leaving....

I love that Full of grace, it is God that fills Mary with grace, do you notice. For his pupose.

Pentecostals are in it for entertainment only. When they have no content, they bring dancers or comedians. Both fleece their members but at least in Pentecostals, you get entertained and feel the pains of extortion less. Heck! Many of them are overjoyed seeing their pastors living the good life while they wallow in abject poverty.

Everything the OP quoted is actually true.

Churches are social organisations. Catholic is too rigid when it comes to that terms. A child can't integrate fast in the society if he attends catholic.

Forget about spirituality now.
Churches are not only for gospels, but the extra curriculum activities helps to improve it, which the orthodox churches lack!

That is where catholic orthodox churches got it wrong. They are rigid and formal. You need free-like-creative-ways to worship god. It entertains more than that catholic classroom-style of worshipping.

Okay. Have you wondered why teachers tend to use singing or music like-process to teach a child letter-alphabets!
They use it because it entertains the child more. If the teacher just start reciting it straight to dem without any innovative ways like singing, the children will get bored and tired.

What the teacher is doing is exactly what the petecostal churches are using.

You need recreational ways to do something, so as to achieve your target fast.

They already failed when they said they new churchs are better because of entertainment and socialization. And that is why when they are tired of entertainment or the entertainment has gone wrong they return to orthodox Churchs. What makes a church a church is deep connection to God. It's faith and reach-out to the lost.

You don't even need to look at those, drive by a catholic church in the US on Saturday evening and all day on Sundays.

Wrong! There are lots of catholic converts. Visit a nearby Catholic charities center and hear their stories. They don't make noise because they are not "commercialized" in the new age pentecostal sense, so no need for aggressive marketing and publicity.

Funny you, do you know different groups in Catholic church? You are just looking at Sunday masses, we have Catholic youth organisation (CYON), other groups you can join, have you had about Block Rosary, even non Catholics bring their children to join in their evening activities. You are talking of rigidity, you know nothing about Catholic.
