swiz123:Likei said earlier, the height varies,we don't know the exact spot the jump will take place, you can't just assume its 70m or 40m. Now 40m into a river by non professional equals a concrete, pro will do it,it only becomes hard if you hit it with the respective free fall speed of 40m not altered speed or positioning.

Greg Isenberg wrote: cloudflare just BROKE the internet's business model. they launched "pay per crawl" websites can now charge ai crawlers for scraping content. instead of "block all bots" or "let them steal everything," there's option 3: "pay me." why this is a BIG DEAL: every SaaS has valuable data rotting in help docs, case studies, feature pages. ai companies have been training on this for free while building your competitors. now you can charge them $0.10 per page. your dental saas help docs, well, that's years of practice wisdom. charge crawlers for access and make $3k/month from companies building "dentist ai." tons of opportunity for founders building businesses: build a restaurant review database, charge humans $5/month but charge ai crawlers $0.01 per review. two revenue streams, same content. im scanning startup ideas from ideabrowser dot com and seeing where i can add this rev stream. expert knowledge platforms where you take 30% of human subs and 50% of crawler fees. cloudflare handles the billing, you set the price. they way to think about it... what valuable data do you have sitting around... internal company docs, customer conversations, industry insights, process knowledge. all of it can now generate revenue from ai companies who desperately need training data. the winners will be content businesses that move fast. imagine owning a cooking blog with 10 years of recipes. that's training data gold for ai food companies. early adopters will set market rates before competition drives prices down. this also completely changes saas valuations. businesses with proprietary content now have two revenue streams instead of one. it's the beginning of a complete realignment of incentives on the internet. suddenly, creating high-quality, unique content becomes dramatically more valuable. we'll see a renaissance of niche expertise sites because depth now pays better than breadth. the incentive shifts from "create content to rank in google" to "create content so valuable that ai companies must pay for it." this also creates a new class of digital asset. your company's knowledge base is a revenue-generating asset that appreciates over time (not a cost center). I'd expect more m&a activity around content libraries, not just user bases. this makes human expertise defensible again. AI companies will pay premium rates for content from recognized experts because it's higher quality training data. this reverses the commoditization of knowledge. cloudflare quietly changed the game. pay-per-crawl just became your new best friend. Bimmarlykay:He literally rubbished the idea that anybody can jump from the third mainland bridge and survive . In his initial post he was yapping about law of physics and how anybody who attempted to jump off the third mainland bridge would die after googling the height of third mainland bridge . It was only an after thought for him to start talking about highest point and lowest point . And that was because he saw evidence that someone actually did jump off the bridge . The initial post he even reacted to was about a guy advertising opening for a stuntman to jump off the bridge for a movie scene and get paid . Since the lowest point is easy to jump , maybe make him sef do and record am since it’s now the easiest thing to do in the world |

Theflint1:You’re missing the point. Yes $14k per annum might sound normal by U.S. standards, but we’re not in the U.S., we’re in Nigeria, where the infrastructure, public services, security, and general quality of life aren’t even remotely close. Even if we somehow excuse the $14K rent, how do you explain land selling for $3 million? That’s just insane. I once saw a building in Banana Island listed for $5 million and I couldn’t help but laugh. These prices are on par with actual global mega cities, but the properties themselves, both the houses and the environment, don’t even come close in quality. Let’s be honest the numbers are inflated beyond reason, and there’s zero justification for it in the Nigerian context. |

TemporaryHansel:I agree that based on intrinsic value, properties in Lagos are overpriced, but it's not always about intrinsic value, Lagos is a small city with a very high population, and that can create a situation where demand outstrips supply, and it's only normal the market reacts accordingly. Maybe the Lagos real estate market is a bubble, and if that's the case we only need wait. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:15pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
TemporaryHansel:You need to look at this this way: Lagos as a state is a mixture of the good , the bad and the ugly . There are so many ghettos in the heart of the state and for u to see a location where there’s sanity ,serenity and orderliness na by connection . When u say something is overpriced , u make it seem like the seller is the one controlling the market 100% , when in fact the seller as power as the buyer in the market . Lagos being the commercial capital of Lagos host the headquarters of most multinational and international firms. Some of the firms have expatriates who want to enjoy some bit of sanity which they have in their home states and that leaves them with little or no choice but to settle for a place like Ikoyi which used to serve as the neighborhood that housed our colonial masters pre 1960. The neighbourhood is well planned (unlike most parts of Lagos ) , there’s almost constant electricity supply , lush green serenity in most estates within and almost perfect road network . Most individuals and corporates jostle to acquire residence there and then that’s where law of demand and supply comes into play . The buyers are willing to pay above and beyond the fair market value for those properties either to house their expats or fellow Nigerians who are big execs. Who is the seller to say no to such offer ; especially when u see that more than one entity is willing to make that offer to u ? Or do u think if nobody is offering those ridiculous prices the owners of the properties won’t drop asking price ? |

@Everyone is there any free AI tool/app that can run excel analysis by just uploading excel workbook and asking it to do its thing ? For example one uploads two different sheets into the Ai and type a prompt for it to let’s say run Vlookup . Any one like that ? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DissTroy(m): 12:30pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:It depends on your prompting. There's a deluge of AI tools which would confuse you. But ChatGPT plugins, Gemini (when you create Gems with it), and Perplexity AI can do this. Yes, the free versions too instead of paying $50/per for other specialized tools. Start with asking it to "Act like a Senior Data Analyst with specialties in Excel and Google Sheets". Ask it to use a Temperature of 0.2 for accuracy. Exploring AI tools is one the main reasons I've been away from here and most of social media - exploring AI. If your prompt game is good, you can do just about anything with the regular AI tools. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 12:30pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:Stop being disingenuous. In my initial post I gave the height of 3rd Mainland Bridge and the reasons why such a jump would be fatal while you were talking about Ijaw and Itsekiri being able to jump the bridge. You are the one who is bringing stuntman jumping entrance and exit points as evidence after goofing like a typical arts student. Of course a bridge must start from somewhere. When you talk of jumping off a bridge, nobody is talking about jumping from the lowest entrance point. I was even disgusted when you guys brought Tobi Bakre video as evidence cos any swimmer can jump double that, as if that's what we are discussing. Only someone with fear of swimming will bring that video as evidence of anything. We are discussing Physics, you are discussing swimming. You just dey find agenda to excuse your goof. |

Amoto94, I saw your post about pay-per-crawl. But it's easy to go around this. For example, you can view content behind paywalls like the New York Times and some sections of Tech Crunch website if you view the archived version on archive.ph . Search engines like Google crawl all webpages and save their archives daily. What stops me, as a builder of AI agent to give Perplexity AI instructions to only crawl archived versions of websites with that pay-per-crawl script on it? Easy to bypass, and this is just the first thought which came into my head. Imagine if I had a whole team to brainstorm on this like AI agentic companies do... |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:44pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
Ibime:Make una hear yeye talk for this one mouth . Pix 1- You attacked my post about the opening for a stuntman to jump off the bridge and get paid . In ur haste to score a non-existent point u were quoting Ababio physics textbook without thinking of the possibility that jumping off the bridge can happen at any point . You carry STEM brain to rule out any possibility of jumping off the bridge and surviving . Pix 2- Somoen brought out evidence that indeed it is possible to jump off the bridge and survive . It was recorded and duly documented online . Pix 3- Your STEM brain has gone back to default settings and u remember it’s possible to jump off the bridge at some certain points . Now you are yapping about why he jumped off the edge and not at the middle of the lagoon . Now u want to have a discussion about goofing ; Ndi STEM brain . Shior !

If you want a full analysis which mimicks that handled by a full data analysis team, do this in Gemini or ChatGPT. I prefer Gemini because you can reuse the programmed Gem in any chat: " You are Tricia [You can call it any name to humanize it but Tricia is sentimental to me so...], a master-level AI prompt optimization specialist. Your mission: transform any user input. THE 4-D METHODOLOGY 1. DECONSTRUCT Extract core intent, key entities, and context Identify output requirements and constraints Map what’s provided vs. what’s missing 2. DIAGNOSE Audit for clarity gaps and ambiguity Check specificity and completeness Assess structure and complexity needs 3. DEVELOP Select optimal techniques based on request type: Creative: Multi-perspective + tone emphasis Technical: Constraint-based + precision focus Educational: Few-shot examples + clear structure Complex: Chain-of-thought + systematic frameworks Assign appropriate AI role/expertise Enhance context and implement logical structure 4. DELIVER Construct optimized prompt Format based on complexity Provide implementation guidance OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES Foundation: Role assignment, context layering, output specs, task decomposition Advanced: Chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, multi-perspective analysis, constraint optimization Platform Notes: ChatGPT/GPT-4: Structured sections, conversation starters Claude: Longer context, reasoning frameworks Gemini: Creative tasks, comparative analysis Others: Apply universal best practices OPERATING MODES DETAIL MODE: Gather context with smart defaults " Paste it into ChatGPT and ask it to save it for resuse then you recall it as " Act like Tricia". -------- Next, upload the excel sheets. That done, type in the same chat as a response " You are a Senior Data Analyst with Excel expertise. Act like Tricia and analyse the excel files I uploaded above. " When it does, you can ask it to present the next result as an infographic . Keep tweaking as you go. |

DissTroy:Thanks . I know ChatGPT may be able to run something close , but I was thinking there was a specific Ai tool built for Workbooks/excel ; u know like there are Specific Ai for image editing , transcribing Teams meeting minutes from speech to word , etc |

BlueRayDick:My misunderstanding then. I read your initial post as someone daring people to jump off 3MB for N1m as a dare. I didn't see the part about video shoot which will obviously be from a safe height. Na now I dey see am. No vex. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DissTroy(m): 12:57pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:Image editing: ChatGPT. Most tools can multitask though. I'm just mentioning the free ones. If it's unlimited photorealistic image generation, then Gemini is going head-to-head with ChatGPT since June at least. Transcribing meetings: Otter.ai is free. |

DissTroy:Thanks . I know of the Ai for transcribing meetings and making images ; I was only using those features as examples of skills/ activities that have their own specific Ai tools . I was wondering if there was a specific Ai tool for running Excel too. Thanks , will explore the ChatGPT as you suggested . |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DissTroy(m): 1:07pm On Jul 20, 2025 |
This is probably the most underrated yet it's free. Most AI influencers or productivity boost influencers mostly ignore it: https://tinywow.com/ . Other platforms offer the same features at a premium. |

iamoyindamola:Yes to the first three. Meta AI is shît, man; for image generation, for editing, for deep research or anything. Even Perplexity of yesterday or Kiwi AI do these things tens of times better than Meta. |
