I obtained my NPC certificate with affidavit through my late uncle in 2016( I'm above 18 years then) because my parents are dead and it was started on the birth certificate, then my uncle died in 2021.
Please can I used his expired driving licence as proof for signature at the embassy?
And I hope the affidavit(declaration of age) my uncle did then in 2016 is still valid?
Please I need your response 🙏

That's what I went through and I know how many time I was asked at send that affidavit, Even though that my senior brother was the one that did that for me, I have to do my parents death certificate to prove why my brother was standing on behalf of them.

Wont it affect his old application?
I heard that at the new portal, it takes 2-8 weeks for AD, how true is it?

For people who has gone for their interview recently,
Is it now compulsory I fund my block account or I have my declaration of sponsorship at hand before I go for my visa interview, or I can still submit my proof of funds later after my interview like they used to do before.

Also is it only health insurance needed? What about travel insurance as non was mentioned.

I'm not too sure about this, because in the new csp, you have to submit admission letter before you can even submit to be added to waiting list for appointment. If you want it to go fast, you have to be applying for PhD, have scholarship or proficient in german. Unless, there's another system I'm not aware of. If anyone knows such system, please share 🙏🏽
