He is right but i believe you should be compensated if they claim it at anytime. 99 years or so for occupancy.

The State government holds the lands in trust and issue C of O to anybody who buys land and applies for it.

C of O can be revoked by any state government that issued it due to various reasons ; national security, overriding public interests, environmental concerns, etc.

The koko is make person no offend people in government to the extent they will weaponize the law citing any of the above as reason for revoking his or her C of O. Na naija we dey.

Wike Literally revoked the hotel's C of O because it was the hotel Amaechi usually lodges anytime he's PH. When Wike was giving reason for its revocation, he claimed the hotel was being used to rig elections and if he doesn't do anything it would lead to breakdown of law & order. . He was simply using the overriding public interest reason.

The truth is we've seen facts lifted off Twitter posted by Tinubu and APC supporters that have turned out to be false too. For example the facts about the working condition of our refineries have turned out to be false over time.

This whole naming of institutions after individuals makes no sense sha. They should look a more reasonable way of honoring people without distorting the prestige the names of public institutions carry.

When u see Dapo Abiodun, u just know he doesn't have good advisers in his government or maybe he doesn't listen to them.

Fg should pursue full implementation.

My dad lost 2 plots of land and he was compensated in 2001 or so. The land was used for a UN project.
