Football star, Sunday Oliseh, recently lost his brother.
In a post shared on his X handle today July 20. Oliseh stated that his brother, Uche Levi Oliseh, passed away last Thursday July 17 after a brief battle with Malaria.

His post reads


‘’Sadly i lost my brother, Uche Levi Oliseh on Thursday after a brief illness with Malaria fever. It hurts so bad,like i have never felt before.I have over a million things that i would wanna talk,laugh and do with uche ,but sadly i cannot anymore. Damn, Death is a real bitc. .''

May the Uche’s soul rest in peace, Amen.

I remember when Oleseh said he doesn't consider himself as Igbo but later retract his words after backlash from his own immediate delta kindreds.

However, my wife came to Nigeria last week and almost died when she returned to our base, she spent about 10 days in hospital here

I thought the Oliseh family resided in Festac?I went to school with his younger sister Chinansa and brother Egutu in Festac in the 90's.
