Many non indigenes of different states move from one to another across Nigeria.

What are "these procedures" they follow to enter these states?

When did it become compulsory for Nigerians to follow "these procedures" before traveling to any state in Nigeria?

Indeed he is very wrong,.

He is the Governor of the State. His communication with Peter Obi should have been private and limited to advice. Obi is now a private citizen and can go to anywhere he choses. He may choose to notify the Governor only out of courtesy. The Governor has no right whatsover to to stop any citizen of Nigeria from accessing the state,........unless there is an election going on or he has credible intelligence regarding the visit.

This is at best very puerile. for a public officer of his standing.

I watched him this morning, although I share in his sentiments, but he shouldn't have said it. He was fuming this morning.
I disagree in most of his submissions in the past, but for today's interviews he opened up a lot for one to ponder.
He also analysed why Obi should deputise Atiku to win the election. I concure, even though i have never thought about it that way, not even the so called Obidients will disagree with him on that.
I am Peter Obi's supporter but now I have a different thought on Obi contesting.
