Fellow nairalanders, I need help with Google Play store refund.

The refund has been processed for over a week but there is no refund in my bank account. My bank also said they have not received the refund.

Has anyone here experienced such a thing or currently facing such an issue, what's the likely solution,I need help from whoever can render such pls

They are probably having issues remitting to your bank. You might just get tricked into paying it into someone else account here. Just reach out to google and they should give you a turn around time.

A lot of rogues have already reached out to me asking for payment before assisting.

One even claimed he wants to buy log to use in handling it, I just weak for guys.

I have shared my details with some of them, just waiting to see what they will end up with. grin

no need of buying of logs to resolve it tho

Once you can chat with their live customer care agent they'll resolve it for you

Didn't I give you their live chat customer care agent link to resolve the issue

Can you contact Google to get a ARN number,

Also did you pay in USD or NGN?
