How you go forget Ikeja under bridge? That is an unforgivable sin! |

Iyana-oba Alakija and mile 2 are also dangerous places in Lagos. |

santopelele:Jakande is a changed area now my brother. It's not as you describe now. I pass through there everyday even as early as 5 am on my way to work. Oshodi under bridge isn't as rough as it once was before Governor Fashola gave the place a face lift. That place is now a pretty place with enough lights and security presence |

ZeemsPropeties:Don't blame the brother. He's sticking to a niche. His blog is "eyes of Lagos" so he can only write about Lagos related content. As for spacing, let's hope he'll take correction on that. |

Deffi:Lekki as a whole is civilized now. The roads are now more lighted and there are security presence every where. Maybe Ajah but I disagree on Lekki. It's not as if there are no bad guys. They only show their stuff during clashes. Aside that, the place is pretty much safe. Used to live in Baale area just after Alpha Beach and live my house around 4 am to pass through the new express road to Jakande everyday without mishaps. |

In spite of the scary scenarios painted by the Op., Lagos remains the "Centre of Excellence" and keeps attracting people from other parts of the country and even beyond on a daily basis. It's little wonder therefore that all manner of shady and criminally-minded individuals have found their ways to the hustling and bursting mega city. However, Eko remains home to all people of goodwill hence its constant economic, infrastructural and social vibrancy. Eko onibaje o! @hotseat |

You only mentioned where you know or where you're told of. You didn't even mention any of the bus stops from mile 2 to Badagry. Is it Maza Maza at night, or Agboju, Oluti, Under Bridge, Agric/Ilaje, Alaba Rago/PPL, Cassidy, and so on down to Badagry. At Oluti I was once carrying passengers passed there at night going to Mile 2 and a big stone from nowhere was thrown and it hit my conductor's chest. It was my windscreen they were targeting so if I stop they'll Rob my passengers. I didn't stop but my conductor was sick for 3 days from chest pain. I even forgot to mention between under bridge and army cantonment barracks ojo. Infact they're many dangerous bus stops in Lagos more than the ones you listed. |

This list didn't even mention General Paint after Abraham Adesanya, Some parts of Mushin, Some parts of Apogbon, etc, etc. Always pray. Safety and Security last last na from God. Remain Blessed! |

rampage101:So unfortunate that's what the country has became! Professors ward marks base on the size of your pocket! Doctors lacking empathy - eagerly waiting for the death of a poor patient to use as practical for interns! Engineers doing shoddy-jobs so that you can frequent their services! Agents more interested in their fee that rendering any actual service! What about Police? ...and so on! The country is so lawless nobody is held responsible for anything anymore! |
