It's time we legislate against this stupid trend of renaming public institutions after people...

Go name roads, streets, stadiums etc and leave out learning institutions.

Is there no other thing to name after ajuwale? government should desist from rushing to name institutions after elite who kick d bucket that didnot contribute any thing to d development of the society.

The renaming of TASCE from Tai Solarin College of Education to Sikiru Adetona College of Science and Information Technology was done over two years ago by Dapo Abiodun. It has nothing to do with the yestrtfay death of Oba Adetona. The OP is just using old clip to mislead people. Meanwhile TASUED is a different institution which still remain Tai Solarin University of Education. How can we have two Tai Solarin institutions in the same area. That was why the governor used the college of education TASCE to honour Awujale and it was even done few years ago not after his death.
