The Army can make this arrest, but can not prosecute, bcuz they lack prosecutorial powers, so in the spirit of synergy, this criminals would be headed over to the appropriate LEA for prosecution….

My friend said he remember when Amaechi when he was a minister came to eat all by himself in one London eatery. You can imagine if that were to be Nigeria, it'll be escorts upon escorts with sirens constituting noise pollution (yet a typical London Mayor will go to eatery all by himself to eat).

What if they repair computers as well as run a training center and these exams centres and an army captain had taken h his own for repairs and something happened or a private wrote the online exams in that place and was not assisted

Why should the army be the one to arrest youths and laptops and not the efcc or police ?

Some senseless citizens do not understand this fact. They'll continue heaping blames on the "body", completely ignoring the "head"....

I have always said this.... If the leaders are always number one to fault if a place is not doing well. The masses are just like sheeple, wherever the leaders direct (whether subconscious or overt) they have very little choice but to follow.

The government overtime has made the land the way it is. Lawlessness and chaos is the only way they can laze about and fill their pockets with minimal consequences.

Unless maybe the people will wake up someday and decide to forcefully replace the all of them. But still, it's will always be a given government that will lead.
