Judolisco:Nigeria dey fund University education with oil money. Countries like Norway with oil money dey send their people go school for free. No reason to introduce debt to University education in Nigeria . That is the the only remaining benefit to the average Nigerian as a crude oil producing nation. NELFUND is crap. |
