It's really a competitive one. Getting the first round of interview invite is not even the end of the process. But i believe after the second round of interview one should be okay.

I feel like there's no okay until one knows their fate or recieves offer letter. As you said, it's highly competitive and just being called for first or second interview is an incredible feat. All we can do is hope and pray.

Graduate role will be interviewed this week and after which I believe the next update will be first week in August..

What's the date on when this happened? If it turns to 'Application in progress' then wait for interview invitation.

I wrote for a graduate trainee position too, just like you, but haven't also gotten a feedback from ExxonMobil. Although my application status says "Application under review"

No I’m not but I have a friend who was interviewed on Wednesday at Eko hotel for the first round..
Status change after some people had interview can be computer error, people had status change after I&E have been interviewed, some got rejection same day and some don’t till today..
