Evangelism is powerful, but one of the major struggles I've seen (and personally experienced) is the follow-up process. After people give their lives to Christ, how do you keep track of them? How do you disciple them consistently?

That question led me and a small team to build something practical. We created an app called DiscipleDeck Evangelism to help with:

- Keeping a record of new converts or people you're praying for

- Setting follow-up reminders (calls, messages, prayer check-ins)

- Tracking the person’s growth from new convert to committed believer

- Accessing evangelism resources (e-tracts, sermon notes, etc.)

Whether you're a pastor, youth leader, or just someone serious about soul-winning, I believe this can help.

Would love to hear your thoughts:

How do you follow up after outreach or a crusade?

What tools or methods do you use?

First step to disciple making is preaching from house to house and door to door! Matthew 11:13 compare to Act 20:20

After which we must go back to revisit the individuals who welcomed the message of God's Kingdom! Act 15:36

Then we answer all their questions after which a thorough Bible study ensue to inculcate the Good News of God's Kingdom in their hearts! Jeremiah 31:33

This makes it really difficult for anyone to preach another message that's not biblical to them! Galatians 1:8
