From 100 to 23. From 23 to 8.
1 or 2 banks will finally remain after all. If the remaining don’t meet up with the capital base and catch up with the 8.

what is wrong with the economy, what are you contributing to the economy?. When Okonjo was there, were states not borrowing to pay salaries or are you from the moon? Is it not under your super economists the govt depleted excess crude account savings to settle fuel subsidy cabals?. Abeg, make una pack well joor.

How many commercial banks do we have in Nigeria.

Please can someone help name them

Some banks are not viable, they need to merge with bigger ones to protect depositors.

The economic measures Nigeria needs right now is bet tightening measures .

If Okonjo iweala should start flagging that policy, you will be the first to complain.

Nigerians want to go to heaven but they don't want to die.

What the present government is doing now is plunging the economy into eternal debt and slavery

With the subsidy money plus the huge borrowing plus proceeds from taxes, there's nothing to show as the economy is still going backwards

So why can't we also classify this news as fake news? If they are afraid to bring out their names, then it's needless to come to tell us they have met the target when they are not ready to mention their names. Weak journalism.
