The intention of the fake story about the divorce was to help fuel the rumour about the Jubril elSudani rubbish!

The man is evil, mischievous and utterly foolish. God has exposed him for what he truly is.

I'm you didn't read the entire story, you m missed this portion : "the information was accurate, it was meant for private consumption".

Kperoogi confirmed the facts are accurate. However, it was not meant to be published.

Bintasukai:
Why do you insist on calling a lie the truth, even when the tellers has come out to say he was lying.

Any bad news, eh?

It will be nice if you put some bitter leaf in yours so that it can flatten your medula oblaganta a little bit more. The reason Buhari said something about dot and circle.

Wailing wailers.

He was trying to pander to the Jibril camp. He knew what he was doing, he will quickly release it then Apologize, but he would have trended first because of the gullibility of the Jibril camp. I wish they could still charge him to court.
We still remember the time when Nigeria was ruled by a presidency.

I believe His job is about bringing information to the fore
Sometimes they abandon professionalism and embrace sensationalism
even when its hardly relevant in the scheme of things and not caring how it impacts people even when its true...or when it's false like this case.
in simpler terms he does a lot of dragging and smearing of individuals and establishments.
I think it's only fair he he gets a taste of what it feels like without anyone crying on his behalf.
It's part of the job.

Sometimes you make gaffes and you face the repercussion and learn a thing or two.

chieveboy:
I do not get it, Farouk made a post apologizing and all in very unmistakable terms.

Is it that you have something more for him to have said and done beyond wat he wrote?

Kperooq has not done anything wrong .

I don't know how Nigerians think with sentiments. We should know why they divorced

You are not hungry but you cry more than anyone else about hunger. Why can you be truthful, there are people out there who can connect you with some real food rather than the picture you are salivating over.

So as an adult you don't know that they are certain apologies that can never undo the damage?

Many years ago a pastor prophecied that I was responsible for stealing a laptop, a laptop that was stolen on transit, the police insisted that they have had several reports concerning such thefts long before I even arrived that town.
The prophet even asked that the police arrest me instead. Of course people believed the prophet. I almost committed suicide, I lost my mind.
Less than a year later the pastor came to say he saw another vision where he saw the thief and I had no hand in it. I could have committed suicide because of the false information.
Till date I spit on anything christianity. I am a witness to pure false prophecy and the damage it can cause.
That experience messed up my psychology.
A few years later I met someone who asked "were you not the one that stole a laptop the other time?"

Only an adult who has been cursed and living in the deepest pit of stewpeedity will say what you have said...

My prayer is that you face such false accusation and the person apologies so you can see how little apologies go to remedy the damage
You're spitting on Christianity because you want to form a story that never happened
Seun I hope you can see another example
Here's another Muslim spitting on Christianity and your bot found nothing wrong with it.
Can same be written about Islam and the comment be allowed to stand?
We're watching you

He should be prosecuted. What he did is not journalism. It's criminal cyberbullying and taking advantage of the poor widow by using his access to media platforms with the most horrible and mediocre editorial boards.

The editorial board of the platforms should be prosecuted along with him. That's the only honest truth the Nigerian law enforcement agents and Federal Government of Nigeria must tell him. Any other thing is pọtty ile kin and failure of appropriate law enforcement agencies.

If he's not prosecuted then it makes a mockery of the 2025 cybercrime law. Let him go and render his fake apology in the criminal courts. He knew the full import of what he did. He did it intentionally and he is fully aware that unless the courts establish his guilt there is no way his victim can clear her name and her children will be accorded their full rights in their father's house. This has gone beyond his fake apology.

As much he has tried, with this expose and admission of guilt, he will never be regarded or remembered as a scholar or a journalist but a psychopath and when convicted, a felon.
You're also spreading fake news yourself
Where did you get the idea that children of a divorced woman will not be scored their full rights in their father's house?
What you just did is criminal cyberbullying against northerners and their culture
Report yourself to the nearest police station for the needful to be done
Re: Aisha Buhari: Let's Tell Farooq Kperogi The Honest Truth by Kukutente23: 3:11pm On Jul 23, 2025
Anyone who has working brain cells will know the source was no other than He'll ruffian
The plan is simply to delegitimise Aisha in the face of buharists and northerners generally since a divorced woman cannot be said to speak for her husband's interest especially when he's dead

This was a thoughtless and harmful post by Kperogi, especially considering the timing. Public figures deserve respect, and sensitive personal matters should be handled with care. An apology is a good first step, but it’s a reminder that ethics and responsibility should always come before sensationalism.

What concerns press with what it was meant for. All they need to know is if it is true or not. Is it today press has been bringing out information not meant to be published, in fact that’s part of their main mandates.

so if the news come from Saharareporters, Vanguard or the Punch, you go tell dem to apologise??

Is that so?
Have you people gone bunkers? shocked
Your former President and first lady divorced in 2016 or 2017 and the whole country did not know.
Someone released the information and you people dey cry shocked
Na Saharareporters first release the news say Buhari was in ICU and dying but you people go dey abuse dem.

Nigerians deserve the bad leaders dem get. We don say am many times, Nigeria is not worth dying for.

Oga Christianity did nothing to you. One human being allegedly did.
People hurt people in every environment. I had worse experiences in the hands of a pastor. I still don't have any problem with Christ Jesus, or even pastors at large. Mind you, since my bad experience years ago, a few pastors who I don't agree with have come along my way. I reserve the right to take exception to their character, be it what it may.

The Prof insisted that his source was credible and remains so.
The only apology was that it was Aisha herself who ought to have made it public.
This is my little understanding of the Prof 's post
