I have a legit question. Not trying to spoil anybody's market, just trying to understand what is really going on before I make mistake.
I've seen a lot of used PS4 selling for 250-300k. But going to konga, I see brand new ones selling for 219k or 225 with 2 controllers.
Please can someone explain to me why used PS4 consoles are more expensive than brand new ones? Is it that these new ones on konga are fake or refurbished? I need to know?

First of all, the PS4 from your screenshot is a PS4 fat. Nobody sells or buys those at 250-300k (except crazy people).
Secondly, those 2 controllers are fake pads. The console is most likely used/refurbished. A brand new and sealed PS4 fat is a rare thing indeed, even on eBay considering it was launched 12 years ago.

250-300k is the fair price for a used PS4 slim or pro console if you convert to dollars and compare with eBay prices.

It is a good thing you are asking questions anyway. Most people, in their bid to get a super deal, won't and subsequently fall for scams. Most retailers make profit by selling fake pads, faulty consoles so even when you think you're getting a good deal, look again.
The sellers on konga and jumia are the same people you find here and on jiji.

PS4 fats are cheaper than slims, all things being equal. Slims are the improved models, rolled out years after initial launch of the fat.
