As far as Nigeria is concerned, Peter Obi is an ordinary citizen like many others, irrespective of the fact that he has been aspiring to lead the country aright (not to rule - like many selfish ones). So, he has the fundamental right to move freely with or without making his intentions known to anybody just like every ordinary citizen, he is as of now, unless the so called governor of Edo means that every tom, dick and Harry that plan to enter Edo must obtain his permission to do so.

Many times the court have asked police to pay for damages to citizens yet if the Governors ordered them to arrest you and put you in jail, the police will carry out the Governors order.. dey whine yourself.
