Abi there was a Putin enemy inside the plane. Ordering an FSB hit on a plane full of passengers while casually munching on popcorn would be all in a day's work for Mr Putin. Ukraine has no history of attacking civilian planes. Anyway, whatever it is, my heart goes out to the dead.

This is quite painful. The Russian authorities need to make sure that such airlines goes through checks and passes regulatory bodies exams with safety certifications.

The multiple economic sanctions regime imposed on Russia by the Americans and the E.U is beginning to have its toll on Russian Aviation sector.
They can't get their hands on western aircraft spare parts,hence the numerous plane crashes in Russia.

You are the only intelligent person to have commented on this topic. The others are just blabbering. Knowing Putin for who he is and how he eliminates his foes, a quick thinker would first ask who those on board were.

This is Putin's one among several signature ways of canceling out his 'enemies'.

Despite the heavy western sanctions against the Russian air transport industry, they rarely have crashes. Meanwhile, the US cannot do with at least one crash a month.

If a plane isn't falling out of the sky because of one reason or another, it is colliding with another aircraft on the ground or sky.

For every one Russia aircraft, there are at least 15 US aircrafts. So it's normal for the US to experience more crashes than Russia, including air collision.
