Exactly. Just because we grew up together, went to the same school, see and greet each other while having a little convo on the go doesn't automatically make you a friend. Personally, I have a list of people on my contact that I'll never say no to and if the case were to be reversed, it'll still be the same. Then there's a whole group that no matter how they sweet talk me, e no dey be say e no dey.

People need to start learning how to differentiate between these. It's not that hard

I just wish banks can include options to reverse some transactions, there are some regrettable transfers like this that will make you regret,angry and hate yourself

I promised someone 100k today but things didn’t go as planned for me and I sent 50k.
The only response I got was, ‘thank you’.
Me no send anything again because I wanted to give more later

Please if you can withdraw the money, get it back. Just tell him, Abeg send that thing back if you no like am.

Let no one pressure you on anything in this life. As long as your friend is an adult, you owe no one anything in life. Nothing at all. Let me tell you, that is the harsh truth of life. It's his kid, it was his conjugation, now it's his congratulations not your calculation.

"The thing you sent" 🤣. I guess it was too small. Nigerians and entitlement over other people's money. So he couldn't even say a simple thank you. He was expecting you to send him all the money in your account.

To pay rent no easy. That thing dey chop money.

Anything someone gives you in life, appreciate it. See it as something you're not entitled to. It open doors to more gifts, but most importantly, you will spend the money wisely. You will also not be waiting for bread from person hand to become successful.

I remember how I dashed a dispatch rider money in Lagos back then. This guy couldn't even acknowledge the transfer. E pain me! 😂
