If you have already submitted your application successfully, do not reapply. You can always retrieve your application through the portal.

For applicants with BSc/HND qualifications, please ensure you include your NYSC certificate number when submitting your application.

If you submitted earlier without your NYSC certificate number, simply follow these steps to update your application:

1. Go to the "Start Application" section.

2. Enter your NIN and phone number during the identification stage.

3. Your previously submitted details will automatically appear.

4. Proceed to include your NYSC certificate number and continue the submission.

5. Your reference number will remain the same.
I want to know if anyone has been able to retrieve because after my successful application, once I enter my NIN and designated phone number it kept saying "Invalid phone number or NIN. Please check and try again" Anyone facing such issue? If yes, how were you able to resolve it?

use the phone number linked to your NIN. Don't use the phone number you used for the registration. Use the phone number linked to your NIN (doesn't mean if you didn't use it for the registration)

I helped my sister apply for this on July 15th, the first day the application started. After completing the application, I tried to print it out, and while all the information appeared correctly, the reference number was missing.

Since the portal was upgraded, I initially tried using the “Retrieve Application” option, but it wasn’t working. I then tried the “Start Application” option as recommended, but instead of pulling up the previous application, it opened a fresh application form. I still didn’t see any of the previously submitted details. The same issue applies when I try the “Retrieve Application” again.

Please, what does this mean? Should I go ahead and reapply, or leave it as it is?

if you have already applied once, it should bring out your previously entered details. Unless you'vent applied. Use the start application and select the agency and qualifications you want, follow the rest instructions

be patient, clicking the start application option does not mean you are just starting a new fresh application form, input your details first, select the agency and qualifications you are applying for and input your NIN No and phone No and enter the security verification code and proceed, it would extract out your previously entered details for you

go to start application not retrieve application
Yes, I did, I clicked start application not Retrieve application.

I clicked on start application and it took to why I will input the position and the Degree.

I validate and clicked next and it took me straight to my Application Slip. Not editable.

I’m trying to help someone apply but we’re finding it difficult to submit an application, please any help on this?

For context, she had successfully completed and submitted her application earlier. However, upon attempting to check her status or reprint her confirmation slip, the portal returned an error, stating that her information was incorrect. We confirmed the details were entered correctly and consistent with what she used during the initial submission.

I re-entered her details to begin a fresh application, and surprisingly, the portal allowed me to proceed with a new registration, suggesting that her initial application may not have been properly recorded, despite showing a successful submission message at the time.

The first image is the error when I try to submit a fresh application and the second image is when I try to retrieve the original application

you may use an entirely different phone number for the registration, it doesn't matter, the site allows it, but if you want to login, use the phone number that is properly linked to your NIN No. Use the phone number linked to your NIN No to login, not the phone number you input during registration
