lexy2014:
what has designing, building and who will pay for the designing and building a race track got to with whether or not Stadiums in nigeria were built by Nigerian companies?

But you were asking who will pay for the constructing and designing of the road tracks and I told you it's those who contracted them or Nigeria sports ministry that'll pay just like stadiums are been done
