Because South have ruled for 18 years and North have ruled for 10 years because of yar'adua death.

Even if Atiku rules for 8 years it matches 18-18 years between North and South.

In all fairness if you want to use regional rotation to judge, use the above calculation.

However, it's only ATIKU in coalition with Obi will defeat APC but Obi should not Deputize Atiku. Ameachi should run with Atiku in 2027 and El rufai deputize Obi in 2031.
