Your statement is an example of what I am saying. You are in your house boldly telling another person to get lost. Based on the law, I can sue for whatever I deemed right and it will be up to who has more judicial influence to interpret what you meant by the word. Sometimes listen to those your don’t agree with, you may get a thing or two about alternative ideas

I think bloggers should be registered and well vetted, the ones who are not registered should be declared illegal, government can have people online vetting and scrutinising them, they are easy to discover and trace...they mislead and misinform the young ones too much.

There is big difference between calling out the president where her has erred and spreading outright falsehood against the president including telling lies about his health or claiming that he is dead when this is not true!
