Very simple. Assist her, if she's shouting it is because she is frustrated...help her do one or two things in the house or while prepping the kids for school and you will be amazed at how quiet and loving she can be.

You should be the one doing the shouting at your kids, not your wife. You are not taking disciplinary actions as a father.
If you allow this to continue, your kids will get used to be shouted at before they comply or do necessary things.
A fathers voice can get kids in line and more effective than that of mothers voice.

And to think you're even complaining about her shouting too much beats my imagination . Imagine the kind of men this generation is breeding

He is probably talking about kids of less than 6 years old. Women with grown up kids who know how to do some chores are not stressed out like ones with little kids.

Try and help her out, I personally bath my kids every morning, I drive them to school before heading to my office.

Tell her shouting damages our vital organs like heart, brain, digestive organs etc. It's also not good for the emotional health of the kids. Tell her to Google the side effects of yelling. Tell her to "Say no to yelling".

She is overwhelmed and frustrated. She needs help from you. Ensure she gets good sleep or rest before waking up. You can share tasks - you can bathe the children while she cooks and packs their bags or vice versa. . Also communicate your observations and let her open up on what her frustrations are. Try it for a week, there'll definitely be a change

If the parent work together they can make it work.

Fathers work well especially when it comes to compliance and enforcement of home policies.

The next day I gave him his child to do everything and he almost went crazy. As we touch down Lagos, he hired domestic staff for me.

By observation you'll understand that mothers easily get frustrated and pissed off by attending to children not only preparing them for school.
But what's a man to do when you wait for her to get ready for an appointment by 9am and she begins to tell you she needs to look good so she's taking her time, yet you can see it's 8:45 already? Men just simmer in silence, but when dealing with children mothers begin to foam from the mouth about how the children are "deliberate in causing delays"
Know this: if you choose deliberately to make it fun for the children they will surely make it easier for you... but choose to bark and shout, watch them do you in!!
If you care to know, I'm a father of now grown ups and I know I did a lot to observe what will make them happy in the morning...I put my wife aside and helped them prepare for school daily...I saw they always smiled going out unlike when their Mom was in charge!
People, just take time to understand children...you were once a child too and I'm sure we all wanted to be heard too....think about it.

Once again your children are not your pet. Your primary job is to train them and get them well equipped to face the world. Every other thing comes after this is achieved
