POF amount (Total): depend on the school, but between 14k to 15k euros

Duration of post study work Visa: The Netherlands offers an "Orientation Year" residence permit, also known as the "Search Year" or "Zoekjaar," for recent graduates from non-EU/EEA countries to seek employment or start a business after graduation. This permit allows graduates to stay in the Netherlands for up to 12 months to find a job or establish a company. During this year, they can work freely without requiring a separate work permit (TWV) - copied from Google

MSC school fees looks like for the first year: Also depends on the school, but maybe from 9k+ to 17k+ euros per year.

Because, it is not merely about your degree (don't get me wrong, degree is a plus, but an added advantage is if you can also speak their language), but also about your integration in the system and how you can easily communicate with the natives.

But you can also search the job market and see how often job opportunities are advertised for people in the Natural science field so you can know if it is right to study such course down here.
