For a moment, I was worried, thinking it might be my cable that's faulty, because the app was initially saying poor cable connection. I even went outside thinking birds may have eating into my cable😂

Contact starlink customer care for a replacement power cable, it would be replaced free of charge.
U might also want to consider investing in maybe ..an extension socket with surge protector? Dunno

The mini is about 20-40W, this solar power station is good bang for your buck... easily give u 7hrs & might extend upwards to 7.5/8hrs if use it alone. If u go for the 500W, 1000W even better.
