But the 1957-1962 set of the school did the unimaginable . It produced 7 Generals and a Colonel. Two of the Generals later became Heads of State, while four became Governors and the other two became minsters.

Brigadier Mohammed Sani Sami who is the present Emir of Zuru was the Governor of Bauchi State from January 1984 to August 1985 during the military regime of Major General Muhammadu Buhari .

-3). Major General Mohammed Magoro became the Minister for Internal Affairs under Major General Muhammadu Buhari military regime while General Mamman Vatsa was an ex FCT Minister. He was later executed on 5 March 1986 by the government of his class mate, General Ibrahim Babangida following a military tribunal conviction for treason associated with an abortive coup.

In the judiciary, the college has produced former Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi, Justice Jibrin Ndajiwo and Justice Abdullahi Mustapha.

A Suleiman In the royalty, it has produced the Emir of Suleja, Malam Auwal Ibrahim; Emir of Kontagora Alhaji Saidu Namaska; the Etsu Lapai, the Emir of Zuru.

What a set of fellas who would later play prominent role in the politico-military affairs of Nigeria. No thanks to the Saraduna's crave for northern regain of political dominance of getting young northerner recruited for military training based on mediocrity at the expense of the merit as index of assessment by the colonial masters back then.

Sadly they would be part of those who bastardized Nigeria to the abysmal state it is today given their trademark revolving musical chair game of coup plotting. This is because almost all of them except General Abdulsalami Abubakar were highly skilled and expert coup plotting merchants.

General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida is the most prominent member of this set right from their school days till they dominate the many military governments they partook in.

Good or Bad, they lived their dreams. Some to the fullest while others almost, but most got to the top.

Unfortunately their individual success never reflected positively or benefitted Nigeria.

Mere solidarity. Not gotten through the ballot. Not that they attended University of any sort before Becoming heads of state. Once you are head of state, you turn to your former classmates to serve under you as ministers or military governor.

Congratulations to the set anyways.

One President don't even have a known set

What about their teacher?
No name?
No other accomplishments?

Teacher's reward is truly in heaven.
I don't envy teachers, especially in Nigeria. I don't care which school!
