I think Jesus was himself afraid to publicly claim he was God!

Something so simple yet he couldn't say it.

God in the old testament was proclaiming everywhere!

Exodus 6:7: "And I will take you for my people, and I will be your God, and you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians."

Deuteronomy 4:35: "To you it was shown that you might know that the Lord is God; there is no other besides him."

Isaiah 45:5-6: "I am the Lord, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I equip you, though you do not know me, that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me; I am the Lord, and there is no other."

But in the new testament na to hide! God is afraid of his creations!

I wonder how people think!

And as the pastor was busy comparing Allah being the first and the last to Jesus's in revelation, it doesn't even go along with it!

Allah clearly narrated that Jesus called himself a servant of Allah (Qur'an 19:30)

Do you see that you are contradicting yourself, you said Jesus was afraid to publicly declared He is God. He said it in Revelation and you said it doesn't go along with it. What do you want again?

Was Jesus physically in revelations?

You guys will never seize to amaze me!

When we ask about Jesus calling himself God, who is asking about revelations? Did Jesus call himself God in front of his people plainly like God did many times in the old testament?

Revelations was allegedly revealed to one isolated John on the island of Patmos in the Aegean sea! John was not an eye witness of Jesus calling himself God!

The problem you have is Yiu read the Bible just the way English version put it to you.
You need to sit where they sat to understand what they understood. When Jesus said I and God are One in John 10 vs 30, why did the Jews want to stone?

The reason he was to be stoned is because he delibrately spoke figuratively making them not understand what he was saying! He never really want them saved!

“Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. John 16:25

Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Why do You speak to the people in parables?” He replied, “The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Matthew 13:10-11

With many such parables Jesus spoke the word to them, to the extent that they could understand. He did not tell them anything without using a parable. But privately He explained everything to His own disciples. Mark 4:33-34

He replied, “The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables, so that, ‘though seeing, they may not see; though hearing, they may not understand.’Luke 8:10

All these scriptures you put here doesn't correlate at all, they are all out of context. For you to understand it. Read the whole context when the statement was made, it would become more clearer. The reason they stoned him was also written there clearly.
