My problem is not with rolling out good initiatives like this, but with ensuring that the process is transparent and free of corruption and embezzlement. |

Tinubulation and his FG are thinking like animals. Why not increase their salaries and welfare. Then let the banks in Nigeria be for loans as the FGN workers, if they need loans. |

Another one.. The minister of education, their communication department need to do much in telling Nigerians about their programs.. NELFUND so far have been receiving positive results. Vocational education in Nigeria now is 100% free. The tertiary institution staff loan is another good development. The opposition would tell the beneficiaries of all this programs that this government has never done a thing without them receiving a slap? ![]() |

helinues:Why give them loan when you can increase their salaries so that they won't go through the difficult times of paying back loan. Stop supporting this wickedness Someone that earns below N500,000 will nearly die of hardship paying back N10,000000 |

The highest ranked professor salary possible is N8,758,040 gross. 33.33% of that is about N2,890,000. So who is going to get that ‘up to N10,000,000’ they are talking about? They are just calling big figure to make it look good. The bulk of the tertiary education staff can’t borrow up to N1,000,000. And what would N1,000,000 do for anybody in this economy? |
