Is he really trying to use this win as a campaign strategy? You know you're 4ked when after more than 10 years of the continued rule of your political party, you and your people have no tangible thing to campaign with.

ure as world champions.

“I told Mr. President this morning that you are going on to win the World Cup, and he thought I was too ambitious. But Ajibade, the team captain, just seconded that, and that is possible,” he said.

Not with those central defenders and slack play in and around our box.

We give away cheap fouls and panic seriously under sustained pressure. Look at the penalty against South Africa, needless. Look at the clearance for the first Morocco goal, amateurish.

Finally, look at the cheap way we gave the Moroccans a three on one chance nearer the end of the first half, granted the positioning by the last woman was excellent, to deny the Moroccan an easy decision to release the ball, and the chase back led by Alozie was heartening but that would have been punished by a better team.

We need to improve a lot before talking about a World Cup that will include heavyweights like the US, Australia, England, Spain and France. We won't do well without tightening things up.

The comments have gone political but how come no one saw the "our mama be dis" parthuh

But you almost made me angrier because your mother (the First Lady) was in the kitchen, nearly abandoning my dinner
Since they sing on his mandate song for him, they could as well sing na their mama be dis for his wife. Father and mother of the nation 😂

I am happy for the girls and I pray some wicked evil people do not disobey the President's orders because they deserve what they got.

Most of us couldn't watch from the comfort of our homes with our families because no food for dinner, no stable power supply, no security assurance, no money to buy TV and pay for subscription and no money for fueling generator.

Food for thought Mr President and his team.

Congratulations girls even though I missed the match that night.

You're struggling with English comprehension unfortunately for you, the President is Yoruba and communicates in English and Yoruba but doesn’t speak your dialect.

Let me break it down for you. The President said that the First Lady watches only Falcons matches and unfortunately the final was scheduled for the usual time she gives her husband, the President, dinner. He said that the First Lady was so preoccupied with the final match and nearly forgot about the husband's dinner until she realized that she will juggle this task with watching the match.

Anyone with a mother or wife or sister or daughter who loves football and supports a team can relate with this. Nothing is unusual and he said it to confirm how absorbed the First Lady was on that day as a strong Fan of the Super Falcons.

Why can't you guy's be so intelligent enough not to fall for cheap political lies.
You don't need a Prophet to tell you that he is telling lies.
Aso Rock have more than 10 chefs which includes their kitchen staff and Assitant of every category of Local and foreign cuisine, you can imagine.
They run shifts of 24 hours.
So if they tell you that in 2025 Your first Lady goes to the Aso Rock kitchen to prepare food by herself, where there are well over 10 chef, you will believe?
Haba. You guys should stop falling our hands.

How do I know this facts?
There are over 1,000 worker's and domestic staff in Aso Rock. Many of them reside there.
My good friend once worked as a Protocol officer in Aso Rock during the Goodluck Jonathan Government.
I don't know if he was able to retain his job when PDP left government. I already left the country then.

At least you noticed what concerns you, which is your hunger. The friends and well wishers of those girls yesterday and good hearted Nigerians are filled with Joy

Congratulations to them once again...they made the country proud. Football is one of the unifying elements in this country. Nobody asked which state the players were from nor their religion.

You just never know, I have a feeling Remi is the one that cooks his food for him.

I am aware that President Tinubu can be a bit paranoid, and I don't blame him, and has been from his Lagos state governorship days. if you consider that one or more of the Aṣọ Rock chefs might be Obidients, I can well see why Remi has to cook his food.

Such people don't trust anyone, he could be poisoned by those people, the higher you go in life the more careful you should be if not the person won't last

Common sense is not common...
Match started 9:00pm and you believed first Lady didn't prepare the dinner before the time?
Stop advocating for nonseuse... Tueh
What you people don't know is that Tinubu works around the clock. He eats and sleeps late trying to sort out files and meetings. A prevailed information detailed it tat it is the first lady that usually drags him to bed to rest.
I can relate to his condition too as a very busy surgeon, I don't get to take my dinner till 10pm sometimes and my wife knows that and she has been very understanding. This is not a big deal to people that are very busy and with time becomes their way of life.

It would have been seriously used against him had those girls lost that final. I see no reason why he shouldn't use the same opportunity in his own favor. One which dispelled that myth been paraded that APC is a cursed party by God hence God will not support the supper Falcons to win.

But God did not only support them in a dramatic way, infact God proved that who ever He chooses to bless, no man can curse.
Exactly what the haters were waiting for.. make the team lose ..then they tag president as the reason for the team failure.

You don't get the point, I can take dinner anytime I like even though I know the implications of late dinner.

If you have someone as old as the President at home please be sincere, will you be giving him late dinner from 9pm?
