If someone is born deaf, what language do they think in? Do they think at all?

when the eyes captures an image,it sends it to the brain to be processed, ditto, the ear,when it hears a sound,the brain does the same..

Someone that had eyes has more advantages because he can be easily be thought sign languages but a blind one doesn't sees anything.

Those that were born deaf communicates with sign language, since they are humans they can think with their brains .

They are not fool, majority of them are very intelligent
